XAUUSD HEAD AND SHOULDERS

The short (entry 4,079.66, stop 4,146.69, target 3,977.89) is the more actionable idea. Entry sits below the 4,105–4,115 decision zone; target aligns with the next demand shelf; stop is defensible above 4,143/4,132–4,137 supply. But it is a breakdown-continuation bet, and a 4,105 break-and-retest would improve it. R:R 1:1.52 needs roughly 40% wins.

The head-and-shoulders is coherent but mature. The neckline break already ran from about 4,300 to 4,113, so the 3,960/3,811 targets assume fresh momentum. The 4,510.77 stop, around 380 points risk versus 170 reward, is too wide to trade as drawn.

Invalidation: short on an H1 close above 4,143–4,155; H&S on a daily close above 4,510.77 or a reclaim of 4,220–4,230.

Missed: the secular bull trend, up 229% since 2016, event risk, and the 4,095–4,126 demand battle.
